These terms govern your use of quidio.ai and quidio.shop (the “Sites”) operated by Quidio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17082575), whose registered office is at Venture House, 2 Arlington Square, Downshire Way, Bracknell, England, RG12 1WA (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Sites. These terms do not govern the purchase of goods through quidio.shop (which is subject to our Terms of Sale) or the use of the Quidio mobile application by sellers (which is subject to the Seller Agreement).

1. Access to the Sites

We do not guarantee that the Sites will be available at all times or without interruption. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or any part of the Sites for any reason without notice. We are not liable to you if the Sites are unavailable at any time.

2. Your Use of the Sites

You may use the Sites for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the Sites in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the Sites in any way that is fraudulent or deceptive.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Sites, the server on which the Sites are hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Sites.
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is technologically harmful.
  • Use any automated system, including robots, scrapers, or offline readers, to access the Sites in a manner that sends more requests to our servers than a human could reasonably produce using a conventional web browser.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design and arrangement thereof, is owned by or licensed to Quidio Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Sites without our prior written consent.

Product listings displayed on quidio.shop contain AI-generated descriptions and seller-uploaded photographs. Ownership of listing content is governed by the Seller Agreement.

4. Content Accuracy

The Sites are provided for general information and to facilitate marketplace transactions. While we take reasonable care in preparing content, we do not warrant that the information on the Sites is accurate, complete, or up to date. Product listings on quidio.shop are created by sellers and generated by AI tools. We do not verify the accuracy of individual product descriptions, conditions, or valuations, and do not accept liability for errors in listing content.

5. Third-Party Links

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content or availability of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Sites are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Sites.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Sites shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quidio Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these terms or your use of the Sites.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The revised terms apply from the date of publication. Continued use of the Sites after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
