Deactivate Account & Delete Data

Use this form to ask us to deactivate your Quidio account and erase the personal data we hold about you. This is your right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) under Article 17 of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. You can also reach us directly at privacy@quidio.ai.

What happens when you submit this request

1.We confirm receipt by email and may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account from fraudulent requests.
2.We deactivate your account and begin erasing your personal data from our active systems.
3.We complete your request without undue delay and within one month of verification. If your request is complex we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you why.

Please note — some data must be retained. Where the law requires it, we keep limited records after deletion: transaction and tax records for up to 7 years, and fraud-prevention and dispute records as set out in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — if you have an active balance, open orders, or unresolved disputes, please settle these first.
